Ravenglass

Ravenglass can be found on the west coast of Cumbria. It is here that three rivers, the Esk, the Mite and the Irt all meet and was the main reason why the Romans built a fort here, Glannaventa, the walls of which can still be seen. The village primarily survived as a fishing port.
